Minimum Order Quantity

The minimum order quantity is one box of 8 or 10 units. All of our product lines/SKUs are boxed in packs of 8 or 10. Boxes are barcoded on the outside and provide SKU/Product information.

Product Packaging / Merchandising

Each product unit is provided with an 8cm paper belly wrap printed with makers’ signature, product information, barcode and SKU details. For specific packaging requirements or recommendations please contact us via wholesale@klevercase.com

Purchasing Process

Once you have opened an account with us you can simply log in and order from the available products in the fixed quantities provided. Costs will be calculated automatically. Shipping prices based on weight and total order size will be automatically calculated at checkout before payment is made. You will be emailed an order confirmation and invoice upon request.

Payment is made through our secure online portal at the time of purchase with optional credit card, debit card or paypal payment methods available.

Returns Policy

We do not offer Sale Or Return (SOR) for exchange or return on our products. We do not replace returned items if they are customer damaged. Any products that are damaged in transit should be reported within 30 days of receipt of delivery and we will provide a credit note or replacement of those items at the client request.
